• A spontaneous party
• Hitting the gym twice like a totally disciplined dude
• Watching Mad Men with sweet Maggie
• Playing an amazing show with Matt the Electrician at The Wyldwood
• Munching on yummy homemade tamales
• Trying to figure out which magazines I’d like to someday feature my name
• Shopping where normal people shop
• Trying a new sushi-ish restaurant chaotically crowded with college cliques
• Finally visiting our neighborhood bar to find a wonderful country jukebox
• Making my first egg/ham/cheese Panini
• Our long-awaited return to Barton Springs
• Seeing Jodi, Owen, and Arden’s beautiful new son and brother, Oscar
• Finally getting the Barton Springs water out of my left ear
• Signing CRUETLY up for the Waterloo Records Hear Texas Here listening station
• Spontaneous breakfast taco + banana pancake with Scrappy Jud Newcomb at Magnolia
• Coffee and reading at Mozart’s on the lake
• Tilapia and veggie ravioli
• Getting all upset at the Republicans just before bed
