Lentz May Have Thrown Himself Down Shaft — Wife Had Left Him.
George Lentz, Deputy Assistant in the Ethnology Department in the American Museum of Natural History, either leaped or fell to his death at 4 o’clock yesterday morning in the Museum’s main elevator shaft. He plunged down from the fifth floor to the basement, a distance of nearly 100 feet.
